FTB Launcher version: 1.2.2
Minecraft Version: 1.4.74
Java version: Java 7 update 15
Mod Pack: DW20
Detailed description of the issue / how can the issue be recreated: I went to the location of this error in creative mode and it all looked ok. The chunk seemed to be loaded just fine. I just don't know how to fix this.
Error logs (cliff note version):

This is really starting to cause some lag in a single player environment. I've even tried to fix it with MCedit (with what little knowledge I have of that program). I've tried searching for answers on google and other sites. If I posted this in the wrong location I'm sorry and maybe it could be moved to a better section of the forums.

Thank you.

Thank you for loading the world. I guess that would mean it isn't a world issue. However this problem is still very much happening on my end. I don't know how else to troubleshoot what is going on.

I retried some things that didn't seem to work (deleting chunk in MCedit) and now it seems to load fine. We'll see how this goes.

Exactly the same problem. It may seem gone. But it comes back. Twice as worse. It spreads like a virus. Unstoppable in it's path, so close to eating my base and humiliating me.
Started off as this:

Now It's devoured half of my world. I can't even load it...
