my ram for ftb is 5, also, what would be the best pack for me to use (fps wise) that includes a bit of everything?
Would a pavilion 23 be good for direwolf20 pack?

My googling reveals that you're looking at a All-in-one pc, if you're going to go with a desktop, you might want to get something a bit better than a Nvidia GeForce GT 610M.
It's perfectly good for FTB, once you add optifine and tweak the settings a bit.
Honestly, as long as it can run the game at a silky smooth 20fps, it's fine.
