Worlds Wont load! ASAP HELP!

So i have been having some technical difficulties. At first my FTB wont start so i downgraded to java 6 and it worked. Now everytime i make a world it wont load up even if i create one it says that the Spawn was 100% loaded up and that i spawn at these cords Y:# X:# Z:# and all but my screen wont load then it says that it cant process all of that and then it says "shutting down server, internal server error".. I just got FTB and this is the first time im playing on my Comp My brother has the same exact computer and we both live in the same room and from time to time i play FTB on his Computer with no problem and also at my cousins home and stuff. but now he also got the problem he said after he upgraded it began to happen.. It is a MacBook air, Early 2011
Processor 1.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory 2 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 (Thats the ram btw)
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB
Software Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63)

It seems as though your computer is not able to run FTB. That's all I can get from that report, because of this line:

[WARNING] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?

On the console window, set the first dropdown box to Debug, the second to All, then post to pastebin and provide the link. We may be able to help more then.
