how do i transfer world from monster 1.0.9 to 1.0.11? i heard that there is a tool to change ids, but what ids are change between those two versions?

Somebody mentioned one here. It is 1.0.10 to 1.0.11. But as always do a backup if you don't want to risk losing anything.
