World not Loading

I've been playing on the Mystcraft v7 pack for a while now, and today I closed the program by "hitting the x" instead of exiting through the menu, and now when I go to my world it gets stuck on the loading world screen. I made a new world and it generated fine. Also, I've let it sit on that screen for about 10 minutes, and when I hit the x to close the game, Minecraft doesn't respond. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Edit: Some more information... I am playing single player, on windows 7. I'm not sure if this helps, but these are the last few lines in the console...

There is no crash report or anything. Is there something I can delete in my save? player data, ect.?

Okay, I have narrowed it down to one of two files causing the freeze. I made a copy of my world, and regenerated the world. I then started replacing files with ones from my "corrupted" world. the two files are from the nether folder "DIM-1", and they are forcedchunks.dat and auras.dat. I hope this may help someone out there troubleshoot some problems, and maybe help the devs sort out some bugs. Does anyone know what could have caused this? BTW I have recovered everything from my old world by removing those two files. Everything is working great

Delete your nether world and start a new one

I didn't have to... Like I said, I removed those 2 files from my nether folder and everything worked.
