World loading speed

Hello. I had an issue on FTB Ultimate 1.1.2 (Clear modpack, no addons) where i did explore ALOT (8000+ blocks) from the overworld at once flying on creative world, the next time i loaded the world it took me 30-40 minutes to load up...Why is this hapening? Im afraid because i have survival world, and i dont want to explore more than 1000 blocks in 1 direction. Is this only for the overworld? Do the nether, the end and mystcraft ages have that issue? My computer is pretty beasty, so its not from it ( Assassin's creed 4 w/h no lag). I gave Minecraft 2 gb ram. Is that enouth?

I know that with servers, large world sizes can cause it to take a while to load in unless you have a SSD hard drive. It's possible that's what's going on with you.

Im on singleplayer, and the save file is around 200 mb, i have SATA hard drive, and i dont know why is it loading so slow.... I had the same issue with ONLY the Aether2 mod installed (mc 1.5).

Try without them then. :/ Sounds like something that can be caused by java arguments.

ok, this may take some time, i am going to get a fresh creative world, fly 10000+ blocks and then load it back up. We will see if it works
