World loading/creating crushes game

  • Tech Support section is for getting help with FTB related problems. If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Ahah, you are running an older version. I dont know why, but for some reason when I did one update (I think it was V 1.1.4 or V 1.1.5) some worlds tended to crash. Then I applied a hotfix and the worlds that did crash when loading up went down drastically (my friends and myself had no problem with it anymore and could update the pack) But sadly for some reason the problem is still there. It has indeed something to do with the loading of the chunks. If I remember corretly a chunk will be corrupted in one of the updates listed above and that was causing the problem. I don't know how far you are with your machinery and infrastructure. But you might have to do a map reset to be able to update.
More information about the map reset can be found here

It seems to be a problem with a chunkloader. Do you have 2 chunk loaders loading the same area? Anyway as Void World is @Storkman101's modpack he may be able to help you.

I see. No. I have only 1 chunkloader in the nether to chunkload my pigmen farm (which is not working because farm depends on natural spawning) and this is all.

Not only reset, i wanted to start over on new update since no I have time to play and downloaded latest (1.1.8) version of pack. No old worlds, nothing old, everything was new (cause I deleted the folder and downloaded again). And same problem still continues. I tried to reload old worlds, tried to create new worlds over and over again, not working. I'm out of solutions :(

Wait, you have already updated to newest version and started a new world. And you even deleted the Void World folder and downloaded it again. Then I have 0 idea what is happening.

I actually make my pack with multimc, you can if you want whenever there is an update download the manual update files from the front-page of this thread. Then you can play whenever there is an update out.

I was playing with multimc before updating to 1.1.8, then something went wrong and i decided to play with ftb launcher. I couldn't make it with manual files (sadly no idea what I did wrong). It's easier to download files with ftb launcher, then closing the game and dropping all files in multimc folder ^^
