Windows .jar World Leak after Mystcraft exploration

Everything was working fine until I started messing with Mystcraft. A few meteors smashing into the ground would crash my game but that was clientside. After saving the server and rebooting it, I get a leaking world whenever Twilight forest unloads which is DIM7. As far as I am aware theres no conflict with Mystcraft anymore since it creates those DIM_MYST but it always skips over 7.

Why is Mystcraft causing world leaks after I start using it? Is this normal?

Temp Fix: Seems to be some conflict with the way worlds are handled? I chunkloaded a small part of DIM7 so it doesn't unload. No issues since.
