Windows .exe World is Leaking

Hi i was have been trying to play feed the beast for a while now and something always draws my attention as when i open a world it says the world is leaking o.0 i have no idea what this means but i think it is the reason i am getting massive lag spike

Looks like you're running out of memory, that may be causing the lag.

Try increasing the Max RAM to 2 GB in the Options tab of the launcher?
How much RAM do you have in total?

I have 12 gb of ram is total[DOUBLEPOST=1368096175][/DOUBLEPOST]

I have increased it to 2 but i still get world is leaked

Yes i lag and when i went and disabled the mods it gave me a error

Yes but that does not seem to fix the problem could the world leaking cause lag though

go in to your server folder pack and pull chickenchunks.jar out place it somewhere else on desktop or where ever

yeh i did that but still get the same error

im using ultimate server pack it places 2 folders in my main folder a "Ultimate" folder and a "Ultimate_server" folder
i went in to my "ultimate _server folder then "mods" then pulled chicken chunks .jar from my folder and placed it on my desk top
then started my server. then i started my FTB launcher and went in to mods and disabled chickenchunks then launched let it all cycle once everything was up and running i then logged out and stoped my server then restarted everything and it worked.
