Windows .exe World ID Mismatch when trying to join a server

My friend's server is running FTB Ultimate. At first, when I tried to connect, it told me that I was missing TC : 3.1.13_030, which took me a while to figure out that it was talking about Traincraft. So I install that into the modpack and then when I try and connect it gives me this error.

So what can I do to fix this? I googled a bit and I couldn't really find anything. Thanks for any help.

You have conflicting Item IDs with the server. Have him send you the config from his server for Traincraft. Probably would not hurt for him to send you the whole config folder.

If I have one of my friends that can get on the server send me his config folder will that work as well?

Yes, you just need to have the same configs from the server. It does not matter who sends them as long as they are the same.
