So this line says it all

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Could not get provider type for dimension -34, does not exist

Start by disabling Galacticraft and the extra planets mods. Launch the the game and it should (hopefully) work. Use NEI's data dumps to dump the dimension IDs. Then go in and edit the configs for any mods that have dimensions and see if you can find where the conflict is. Once you resolve the conflict try to re-enable the Galacticraft mods.
