Try updating or downgrading Binnies mods and see if it happens again. Might be a bug in the version that's in DW20 1.0.16.

1.8.0 is the most recent version, and I wasn't able to find a previous version. That said, after happening repeatedly today, I went into creative and destroyed the blocks, replaced them and now I can't reproduce the crash. Gotta love Java. Hopefully it's just a sporadic thing.
