Survival mode, only cheated SOME of the stained glass because it's impossibly grindy. Other than that it's all made in survival mode.

Also I have a question, how does one make an enderman farm with the MFR autospawners and such without them teleporting away?

Usually using a grinder/other 1 hit kill machine if it is in a place where they can teleport. In somewhere like the end or a void age you can use spikes and take anti-teleport precautions. If you have enderIO you could try the killer joe though I have used it yet.
