Wont load modpacks

So, It wont even load the modpacks. I allowed all java systems through the firewall. But it still wont connect. This is what it says in the console when I try to start the game:

If you are using the .exe version of the launcher, have you added the launcher itself as an exception to your firewall?

It wont show up in there. Ill restart and check again
UPDATE: I allowed the certain program through. FTB_launcher.exe. It still says I need to connect
