Hello all,

How to setting server to (wither boss) could spawn only in the nether world?
 
Umm... Wither Bosses are only created by players. If you are playing alone, don't build one anywhere but the Nether.

If you are on a server, sorry, there isn't a way to stop someone from building/spawning a Wither in the Overworld, or any other dimension as far as I know.
 
I have my own server where players play.

I was on a lot of servers, and there was a set wither boss spawn only in the nether world...
In a normal world it did not spawn.
 
This sounds like the kind of thing a bukkit / kCauldron plugin would do. As these plugins are specific to bukkit / CraftBukkit / kCauldron servers this is not a setting you can tweak for your own single player games.
