Is there any mods that allow the transfer of EU wirelessly like the Energy Tesseracts can transfer MJ?

Not quite, but you have the IDSU (http://feed-the-beast.wikia.com/wiki/Inter-Dimensional_Storage_Unit) from gregtech.
Yes, Gregtech can with the Interdimensional Energy Storage Unit, but it's expensive as hell.
A better option would be to use the power converter mod to convert it to MJ send it over the Tess then convert it back to EU. If it's just short term power there's batteries like the laptronic energy crystals.
Personally I'd just generate the needed power at the required location.
You just need some geothermal generators or better yet some thermal generators. Pipe in the lava with an endertank or liquid storage tess. Wire them up and you good to go.

You can also transfer it by having an MFSU and an ender tank then have it so some form of empty energy storage gets pulled from the ender chest by pipes or RP or whatever and then filled up in the MFSU then the full one gets pulled out and sent back to the ender chest set up the reverse system where you want the power and then that should fill up a new MFSU if you ensure the one at your base always has power then it will constantly keep topping up your spare with power. Only problem is if you try to draw too much power at once then it may not be able to recharge fast enough.
Ah, I forgot about the steam and lava, I'll have to try that. I could also use all the biomas I have stored with a bio-generator on site if I wanted a renewable source.

Intresting. The biogenerator provides 8EU/Tick using biomass or 16EU/Tick if using biofuel.

Another quick question: I know the RP2 Relay can cross items over from BC pipes to RP2 tubes, is there anyother blocks that do that, like the Filter or Transposer?

I know the Relay can do that, however I have also heard that too many Relays can cause server lag. I was wondering if anyother block can transfer items from BC pipes to RP tubes, with out causing lag

The only other way I know of is a chest with a filter/transposer pulling out of it, but I can't see why this would improve on lag
