Summary of the problem Wireless Crafting Terminal default config prohibitively (ridiculously) expensive

What is the bug? the wireless crafting terminal fuel consumption is too high to make it useable in the pack. its almost more worth it to avoid AE2 entirely, in favor of RF tools or RS.
as configured in the default, the terminal uses 15 fuel per 10 ticks, each card generates 100 fuel. so every 3.33 seconds you consume an entire card.
to craft the car it cost 3 ender pearls, 18 fluix crystals (assuming you use pure in crafting, otherwise 24) 3 iron and one quartz cable.
so you have to spend that amount every 3.33 seconds you use this out of WAP range
also, the config list the Infinity Booster card as a drop for enderman, wither skeletons, and ender dragons, i've yet to see one drop (500+ kills with player kill methods)

Known Fix change default values of "Amount Infinity Energy Consumed..." and Amount of Infinity Energy 1 Infinity Booster Card..." to more reasonable values, maybe something like 1 every 20 seconds.
