[WIP] mountain base

Just got back for the summer and figured I would try something new by posting my new build here. This is going to be my first large build ever, suggestions are welcome.

The top left is probably going to be a tower of some sorts that leads into the main base located in the top right. I am thinking about making the first few terraces mfr farms, the large plot of the left will probably get hollowed out and made into my factory area. The terraces will probably make a full circle and keep expanding, I am thinking about filling the middle with lava to give it a volcano type feel. let me know what you think of the concepts

Looks like a good potential build! And I like the idea. Make some sort of minecart system between the buildings for easy transportation. I believe you could even do elevators using MFR, I saw a thread about making elevators and such.

Looks very ambitious. I just say that you should do lots of prep. I'd like to see that!

first bit of progress on the insides of my base. The red room will be my machine room with ae automation, the center area will be an underground power hub with what I'm thinking will be all of my power generation.
