Sounds insane, honestly. Hard to alloy a form of energy with anything other then energy, and those don't alloy as we know it. I mean, could be useful, sure, but still sounds insane.
Just took another look at the OP. On one hand, your equation is a bit messed up compared to how you describe it. You have it written starting with (GregTech/Greg), which translates to GregTech Divided By Greg, which wouldn't result in a GT sort of mod without the "tedium" and "nerfs". Then you went and made it(GregTech/Greg)(RotaryCraft- Steep Learning Curve), which translates to me as having insanely powerful machines able to destroy things and grief, but without the difficulty that prevents them from being easily used by Griefers.
h
Then it's (GregTech/Greg)(RotaryCraft - Steep Learning Curve)+Tinker's Construct, and you say this is because you want to add some things like from TCon. OK, fine, whatever. I'd advise against it, as it strengthens the idea that TCon is the new "baseline" for balance, but it's your mod.
Then it's ((GregTech/Greg)(RotaryCraft - Steep Learning Curve)+Tinker's Construct)^TE3, and while I applaud you for keeping your equation correctly formatted, you say this is because you want everything to be hopefully as easy and intuitive as TE3. OK, everyone aspires to such a lofty goal, but few say they wish to do this while doing all these other things as well.
You have a list of things in your OP that you want to make in your mod. You have your list of what will be in what release planned out already.
You've got dimensions planned along side village overhauls. Plenty of things under world that seem like they should be elsewhere(sheep traits? Fox Training? ANIMAL GENDERS?!), and despite being this tiny distance along, you have a patron page set up already.
Listen, I don't want this to come off the wrong way, but you've bitten off quite a bit here. I have no doubts it's more then you can chew. You've set your sights high for sure. But as a reminder, none of the mods you are mentioning were made by people who set their sights so high when starting out. GT was made by GregiousT, and it had a LIGHTNING ROD when it was first released. It was made as a joke more then anything, with the secondary benefit of being able to direct people who requested such a thing to his mod instead of them being banned outright. It grew from there.
TE3 was once just Thermal Expansion. It was quite similar to how it is now, sure, but it ran off of the Buildcraft power system instead of it's own. It's grown quite a bit to be sure.
TCon was made by mDyio, who actually had quite a bit of modding experience under his(?) belt before making TConstruct.
RotaryCraft was made by Reika. I actually had only heard of Reika after he released RotaryCraft, but seeing as it's built almost purely around Real Life Physics with only a bit of Minecraft Logic being introduced, and seeing how ReactorCraft uses Real Life Physics, namely ones involving Nuclear Mechanics, there is a very sound chance that Reika is actually a university level physicist. AKA someone with years of their life spent on learning the ways things work, as we understand them.
Just saying, you might want to cut down the scale of this a bit so you don't get burnt out before you get into beta, if you manage to get that far. I have seen people like you on other sites for other games; they call you guys "Big Plans Modders", and smile, nod, and wait for you to give up a few weeks in. Because ~99.9% of the time, that's what happens.
