Will this reactor setup explode on me?

I was experimenting on the Ic2 Reactor Planner and I stumbled across this setup. Apparently it makes 14 MILLION Eu per cycle and doesn't explode... or does it? Also, if it actually is a terrible reactor and i'm just really bad at reading the software's info, can you recommend a good setup?
I just wanted to double check to make sure it won't destroy everything I love (Kidding) if I use it as I am not very skilled when it comes to the reactor planning software. Here's the link.

Is my current reactor as it's pimp (bloody expensive but Pimp, I didn't realise the cost of the reflectors until too late)

I realised when I started using it that the quad cells mean I am burning through 320 copper a day! just to keep the quads churning in and out....I switched down to the duals as they only burn 80/day which is much more manageable

as fun as reactors are - make sure you factor in the running costs and how often you will be runnning the power. guy on my server has a huge multi quad cell reactor which produces obscene amounts of power BUT he is using 1200 copper if he wants to run for 24 hors which is way too much imo
