Windows .exe Will not start

I got FTB a while back needless to say LOVED it but i recently had to do a system restore due to some unknown reason but i back up my worlds. After the system restore finished i saw i had multiple FTB launchers (prob from making a new folder because im not good at doing things right the first time) i attempted too delete everything and go with a fresh new install and i re downloaded the exe file did everything right im pretty sure but found when i go to open the launcher no matter how long i wait the launcher itself never opens and i don't get an error i attempted to run as administrator but found it to not help i allowed it through the pop ups tried to disable the firewall still nothing works. now it seems i cant download it again either it says webpage not available any suggestions at all will be very appreciated since i love FTB so much

Nvm im nit sure how but it fixed itself

I was going to say: Please follow the basic troubleshooting guide to get everything fresh and install the recommended way.
However, I'm glad you have it fixed. Please know that the guide is here if you need it. @Ashzification the problem is fixed.
