Mac Will not launch any of the 1.6.4 packs.please help

I get an error whenever i try and launch any of the 1.6.4 packs.I can download all of them but just not play them. the error is Error extracting natives:Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream. Any help would be nice. Thanks
