Looking at it's specs it should be capable of pulling it off,
but it is hard to judge because it is also dependent on other stuff than the specs like what stuff you install,
heat and many other things...

Well, bit hard to find proper specs for it, since it seems its a uniquely Czech(or something) sold PC, but from what I can gather it should be able to run it. Smoothly or not is more difficult to speculate about. Being a laptop and all you probably shouldn't expect to run it on max settings.

No don't bother, 8Gb is plenty for MC. You will be using 2-3Gb max.

I can personally handle both a server and client with 4 gigs, so 8gb is enough for everything out there
