Will FTB run on my pc

Yes your pc will run FTB. Make sure you have at least 2 gigs of RAM allocated to FTB. You can do this on the settings/options tab of the FTB launcher. But as for the crashing, everyone seems to have that problem. You start a world it begins to load and then crash. Just relaunch the pack and go into your world. That should fix it. But as I said everyone seems to have this problem when they try to create a world

Dont worry about specs, if my computer was an animal it would be the sloth.

It's a common enough problem in DW20 to know from, it crashes during creation, that you just need to reload the pack and enter the world

Well yeah, it has to do terrain generation, structure spawning, generate loot for the structures, choose biomes, and so on. Once it generates, the world opens up, assuming you dont corrupt it.
(Happened with EnderIO dense ME conduit)

This computer is almost better than mine in every way except for your ram. My brother runs a similar build to mine and has no problem what so ever and he runs with only 4GB of ram and a 1GB videocard. I think you should be fine. Just make sure that you are using version 7 of java as well. if you use version 8 with 1.7.10 you most certainly will crash.
