Why you no work FTB?!?!?!

After I completely rebooted my computer and tried to install feed the beast this message comes up when I try to play any modpack.

That said is this a server or a client? I ask because of the above quote. Also have you added any mods to the pack? Please follow the basic troubleshooting guide carefully and completely. Then if you are still getting errors post a log to pastebin.com by clicking on the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button. This will add a link to where your log was saved. Post that link here.

This has happened to me before, try installing Java 64 and 32 bit, that's what fixed it for me.

Thank you for using pastebin and following the guide. I do not really understand why Java is refusing to run minecraft. Something is keeping it from seeing the folder as valid and being able to run from. Do you have an antivirus program? If so what is its name and you might want to try temporarily disabling it and/or adding an exception to the FTB folder, C:\Users\Muffin\Desktop\FTB, check any boxes that say 'include sub-folders as you do. You might also want to try running the launcher with admin rights, if you have the executable (.exe) to see if that fixes it. I'll try to do some searches for this error later when I have more time. Good luck.
