Why my game crashing all the time?

Hey guys I'm playing on my modpack. It has 127 mods and when i run the game, it's freezing and i have to restart my game, sometimes my laptop and first 15 mins i get 40-60 fps and lots of fps drop. My modlist is down here. I'm giving 4 gigs of ram and i tried 5,6 gigs but still same. Why am i encountering this problem? And sorry for my bad eng.

System Features:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6200U @ 2.30GHz 2.40GHz
RAM: 8 Gigs
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce 940M

I hope this crash log will be right one. Pastebin can't open the log i share with google drive
