why i cant download new packs?

i had this problem for about a week,what happens is i cant download some of the new packs (monster,etc..) or any texture packs or maps, the maps page is blank same for the texture packs and the modpacks dont show up help? (sorry for bad english)

Try re-downloading the client (it usually works).
If that doesent help:
1. delete the client
2. delete the folder: (windows) %appdata%\ftblauncher (linux) ~/ftblauncher
3. download the client again

please someone post the folder for mac users

Could just link them to this. Thanks for the linux folder though as it is not in the guide.
