- Is your thermalilly bound to a mana spreader? I see one mana spreader pretty far from the lillies; I'm not even sure if its in range (6). If you right click a thermalilly with a wand of the forest, there's an icon to indicate if its bound to a spreader.
- Are you familiar with the cooldowns on thermalillies? If they consume lava, they go into cooldown. If they find more lava during this time, they consume that and reset the timer (without creating mana). You need to "feed" them incrementally. http://ftb.gamepedia.com/Thermalily
- Be careful about saying "everything is set up correctly." If everything was set up correctly, you'd be making mana
Yes i have bound the thermalillys to the mana spreader. I know about the cooldown and thats what the timer is for.

can your thermalilies access lava source blocks from their present location? I can't remember if they can grab lava from a diagonal position.
Ah, which is how you can tell there is no mana gain, it should be glowing blue. I wondered if it was something that was using up mana as it was being produced, hence my question. Hmm very mysterious!
