Bug Why are these things red?

A mod is causing things like doors, chests, and held items to periodically turn red. I have attached pictures including the mods I am using. If you have any help on what mod is doing this and why that would be much appreciated.

I don't recognize any of the mods in the mods list(s) as being the culprit, but my best guess would be that the red highlight is being caused by a search mod getting activated, possibly unintentionally. I'm betting the word "oak" was looked up, and now the oak log, oak door and oak chests have been highlighted as a result.
