Request Which Mods can I safety delete in FTB Infinity Evolved

I am trying to delete Mods from the modpack without getting an error message, to allow the game to run smoother and faster, plus if I'm not going to use a mod, I'd like to remove it.

So if anyone can help me figure out which ones are safe to remove, which are essential, etc, I'd really appreciate it

It seems like whenever I delete the mods I don't want (even when I read on the twitch about the Mods to see which need which other Mods to run) I grt crashes or errors.
