Which mod is it that lets you scroll items in your inventory?

I hope this title makes sense!

I have just made a new instance in MultiMC with 1.5.1+ mods in whilst waiting for the FTB packs, but there is one little mod/tweak that I cannot find!
It works in the DW20, MindCrack & Ultimate versions of the 1.4.7 packs in the FTB launcher.

For example, when you are at a chest wanting to take out 10 iron ingots but you have a total of 42 you can just scroll your mouse until 10 iron move into your inventory.
Originally I thought it was inventory tweaks that did this, but I have installed it on my new instance and the scroll isn't working. Does anyone know what mod this feature is from? Or is it an option for a mod?

It's NEI. you have to have it shown for scrolling to work

hmm...just noticed that too...it used to be NEI but it's not working for me either

Just a prod, but does anyone know yet why the scroll isn't working yet? I went through NEI's configs and found nothing implying it was disabled or anything. I'm sure I can get used to Ctrl+Clicking again, but man I miss the scrolling, lol. XD

possibly the default key-binding for that has been overridden for some other mods functions?
