Which Mod causing TPS to be off?

Is there a way to find which mod/mods is causing my ticks per second to be off? Its not by much but it is noticable. My FPS seems to be great. Running about 160 fps now with this pack but still doin alot of testing.

Cant for the life of me figure out which mod is causing my block lag.

Tickprofiler is probably your best bet at this point. I do sort of wish someone would update Opis to 1.12.2. That was a better program in the 1.7.10 days to find TPS issues. Your other option is to figure out how to do java profiling. I've never actually done that but that is supposed to be the best route to go for finding issues like this.
