Which mod allows to restrict armor to wear?

When i playing some servers, they restricted me to wear some armors. Use weapon/item. Not only ban recipe. Which mod support this function?

plugins pretty much , cannot say which one but if you go to the plugin website for servers and type armor it will tell you
