Among gregtech fans, probably resurrection. But judging by the number of lets plays I am seeing on my feed, I would have to say Infinity overall.
It's been stated several times that prior to 1.7x, the Direwolf20 pack was far and away the most downloaded pack. While I haven't seen anything official for 1.7x, given past results and the fact that it was the first major non-alpha pack released, I would be surprised if that weren't still the case.
If you want to know ANYTHING about popularity of packs it is a horribly tactic to ask which pack people think is the most popular. This way your results will be horribly tainted by speculations by the participants.
