Where is the plugins folder? How do I install Essentials?

Trying to start a server, got it to work, but its on adventure mode.

I want to be able to let all players start with four tools, so I'm trying to use Essentials.

Can't seem to find a download for it or the plugins folder for where it would go.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hmm... That might be a bukkit only thing and not work with Forge (Feed the Beast).

Lemme see if there is a 'mod' you can use for this.

Startinginv seems to be the one you might want. I am making the assumption that this is for FTB. If you're going for Bukkit, then of course I'm wrong.
