Problem Where is the panic chest in 3.0?

It used to just be a pressure plate somewhere on the map that you go to and stand on... I can't seem to find it on multiplayer worlds. Is it still here? Accidentally fell off and lost our bucket. And as a side question, also lost the quest rewards. Is there any way to get those back or no?

Open the quest book, and click the ender chest looking icon in the upper right corner, says Emergency Items. Stare at that screen for 5 mins and voila.
