Ok, maybe an explanation is in order.
This is the server console view of an exchange between two players who have been tasked with setting nukes into the base of another player, who was banned for building a secret base that's sole purpose was to corrupt the server.
The commentary on the right starts with the server (as if it were a computer realizing it has been shot).
blent3342 says offhand that the area that's been cleared (which is now a big hole in the ocean) would make a cool nexus - a place with many portals to other worlds or other player's bases. Then they start adding even more nukes to the area, cuz they haven't gotten ALL of the offender's base blocks. The first time was just with about 3 nukes. blent goes on to put in about 16-20 in a box shape around grudwo. grudwo is surprised when he can't get out. Then they're looking around at the aftermath (by this point the server has been going nuts, as you can see on the left) Then the server dies.

Nexus can also refer to making a mystcraft world nexus with lots of books. Could that be the thing? That they entered lots of different new worlds in rapid succession?

Before reading the spoiler I was 99% sure that it was because someone's mk5 nuclear reactor had blasted a massive hole "ALL THE WAY TO BEDROCK"... Turns out I wasn't too far off!

As a suggestion for the OP, with this in mind... Make sure we have more info. The spoiler came after the OP and all that's going through my mind is "Since when do IC2 Nukes drop blocks?" instead of something along the lines of "Oh damn, that's kind of funny". Maybe it's a side effect of Creeper Collateral, as pretty much every mod I've seen that does such a thing(make creepers not destroy blocks when they explode but instead just drop them) has fucked up EVERY explosion in the game forcing them to not break blocks but only drop them.

This would have been much more comical to me, for instance, if you had instead of posting a image that mostly shows CPU usage but instead showed us the actual dialog.

Also yeah, Using IC2 Nukes to clean up a mess isn't always a good idea. Much more so if you decide to use more then one.

You should have had them use ICBM Antimatter Explosives. Easy clean up. Massive hole in the world, including Bedrock. All in all, much more fun for those involved.
