hqm is the mod that causes the crash. It seems to crash when it tries to read data.
Do modpacks without hqm crash?

Yes, the HQM quest data is corrupted, try reinstalling the pack, and if it is a custom pack, delete the quests.hqm file in the config folder for hqm

Can you try a mod pack that does not come with hqm? if it still crashes it may be something else then just hqm as the error is the same.
Something else that may be it is that another program prevents the file from getting made/read however I wouldn't be surprised if it would throw another error in that case

but i love 1.7.10 so much.... its the perfect modpack for me

there are more modpacks for 1.7.10 and I only want to see if it crashes or not. Try infinity and if it crashes then we know its not only hqm that has problems.
something that might also work is to temporary remove the hqm mod and mods that need it but I don't think there are any.

What modpack are you exactly using as I don't think that 1.7.10 is the modpack name
