Summary of the problem When using ProjectRed item pipes blocks become transparent

What is the bug? When I'm using the transport pipes/storage system in the project red mod, it practically makes blocks become invisible, mainly blocks that change texture, like Thermal Expansion machines and some of the ProjectRed items like the project bench.

Is it repeatable? yes.
setup a chest with a interface pipe and an Dymamic item transponder chip, a redstone furnace with an interface pipe and an extraction chip and smelt something in it, let the item flow through the pipe to the chest and then smelt something else, as the texture of the furnace changes dorm 'on' to 'off' it becomes invisible
