When i go to update it says unsuccessful

I am confused as to why it won't let me update, i just updated like 40 minutes ago and then downgraded to see if something was fixed and it won't let me upgrade again.

I deleted all the feed the beast files in hope of a clean slate to make it work but still nothing!

Help i want to play

Umm did you redownload the entire ftb launcher and mod pack (remember to backup your world)

i deleted everything but my world which i placed on my desktop and then re-installed with no success
