Windows .jar When ever I launch FTB ultimate it fails, PLEASE HELP!

When ever I launch FTB ultimate it says FML has failed to create a run time enviroment. I have tried restarting my computer, re downloading it, everything!. I can launch the Direwolf20 pack just fine however. Please help i dont know how to fix this problem
