When adding Mek 8 to a pack

Make sure you add cofhcore, if you add a mod which ships cofhcore api your pack will crash with missing class defs.

This is what currently happens when you add EnderIO (which ships cofhcore api) and Mekanism 8 together without the cofhcore mod itself.

Currently Mek 8 is checking for RF API classes incorrectly and causes these crashes.
