What the title says and my noobish I did in FTB:

1) Never knew that Red Alloy Wire can connect to redstone.
2) ( I was in my friend's server) He did a livestream on twitch of us playing FTB Ultimate. I found his chest full of odd TNT (nuclear bomb) so I love using TNT to mine so i used it and the server crash. The next thing he knows that there was a big hole in the ground and he kick me out of the server. I never heard from him now but that world had a diamond farm. LOL!

Started a new world and went to jump off a mountain thinking I had my powersuit from last world and fell to my death.
(Was custom modded pack but has most ftb mods)

Sounds like if that friend hasn't talked to you since, isn't worth having as a friend :( I hate when people take video games that seriously.

Noobiest thing I've done in FTB?
1) Leave all of my IC2 Machines outside, with GT installed. Creeper + Macerator + Element of Surprise + Early Game GT = Bad News Bears
2) Use AE for short term storage
3) Allow my friend to do tons of ThaumCraft in a matter of an hour a hundred blocks from my house. All the flux!

While mining in a precarious position, I heard the telltale SSssssss, so I reflexively jumped back to mitigate the force of the blast...

Off the edge of the ravine...

And right into the pool of lava at the bottom.

You know, because knocking the creeper off the edge of the ledge would've been the smart thing to do.

I made a 100+ block long waterproof pipe to pump lava from a volcano to my base. It only yielded me about 40 buckets of lava. I also didn't know how to farm cacti at the time so my front yard was full of them.

Dropped an iTNT crate right next to one of my GT machines ... and tried to remove it like a regular TNT block ... lucky me i didnt have a nuclear reactor, or much else hooked up to the power system apart from that 1 machine xD

First Learning FTB, every time I moved on my server or it reset the map I would set up my base and try to power all my machines with 1 Geothermal Generator powered off of single buckets of lava... I was such a noob.

Using Ars Magica I accidentaly hit a mineshaft bridge with a fireball.
The floor of the ravine it crossed over was just lava.
There goes my items...

Fighting pigmen in the nether with Tinker's contruct rapier. Backpeddled into lava (I was only on a quick trip to get some glowstone for a big recipe and forgot to empty my inventory of valuables).

Setting up an automated villager breeder... And forgetting to turn it off when I logged off.

Got back on the day later... And the rest was history.

working on my store room door to make look better and get pulled away for a bit before being able to close it off and forgetting to log off. i swear creepers can tell if your afk and wait for you to come back to blow up

My friend had a perfect nuclear reactor setup all automated with turtles so that it would never blow up on his server. Lo and behold when I play FTB for the first time I find his nuclear reactor and mess around with the placement of all the items in it and blow it up along with his base. Luckily the server had made a backup the night before so the only thing we lost was my little wooden shitshack.

I had just finished building my base (I was playing a cheat world to learn the mods) and hooked up a GregTech Dragon Egg Energy Syphon to my power grid. Right into my three Mass Fabs...there goes my base.
