On other forums I've been a part of I've enjoyed sharing information regarding our meals. I've often enjoyed the opportunity to compare notes and find it a way gain inspiration.

Haleem over rice garnished with a dollop of yogurt, cilantro and red onion. Served with a spinach, chard, kale salad dressed with a yogurt based blue cheese and a bit of red onion.

dessert will likely be an an orange.



Haleem is a Pakistani dish reminiscent of chili though you may want to be careful saying that around a Texan.

Leftover pot roast in it's own gravy served over rice. Followed by a pumpkin soup garnished with pepitas.
