What's a teleportation structure/device that can allow me to transport my huge underwater base?

With Calclavia's take on MFFS, you can move a structure cross-dinensionally at a (long) blink of an eye. Tons of power and a bit of patience and you have it there! Direwolf20 did it in one of his videos, where he moved his mining machine from the overworld to the deep dark.

I definitely would not recommend MFFS for moving, I'm sure it requires you to have every resource that the structure you copied has. That means double everything!
Really; I would just use a turtle to demolish it and collect the item, then "Luggage" bots to carry everything (They can carry other Luggages = Infinite amount!)

Then just relocate; teleporting structures is extremely difficult and messy. :)

I don't like Thaumcraft so I vouch not to enable such. As for AE: Spatial Storage, it creates dimensions, and that'd be a problem. We have a big server and try keep lag to a minimum.
Blood magic is not part of Thaumcraft.

Nope, you can use the force manipulator (not the forcefield projector) to move and teleport structures.

EDIT: Watch this episode of DW20's lets play, it shows the MFFS teleportation.

I'm sorry then; I didn't completely watch the whole MFFS tutorial.
Still; I don't think teleporting your base is a good idea, just rebuild and get more inspiration from your surroundings.

I know you've already rejected the spatial storage cell idea, but I just wanted to say what a brilliant idea that was by algorithm. I think you would have to plan very far in advance to actually pull off a complete base relocation with it though.

Um
Blood magic: sacrificng your own blood to preform rituals and summon demons
Thaumcraft: wands, staves, research, liquid essence
Besides some MINOR integration (a BM upgrade to Goggles of Revealing) they are COMPLETELY unrelated.

How are you guys even comparing enabling a feature of one mod to enabling an entire mod?

There are plenty of things in Blood Magic that might not play well with servers, like certain rituals that might break progression of other mods.

Spatial storage is an already implemented part of AE and is a single feature that is disabled by default.

Blood Magic does not really break anything, and is an awesome mod that we suggest you to play with

Can you provide some examples here? Because I can't think of anything that would "break progression of other mods".
The only mod that it adds anything to is an extra 5% discount on tc goggles. That it. Period. Anything else it offers requires a substantial investment in Blood Magic progression.

3% now, it got dropped down to an 8% discount. And even then, that requires someone to have gotten goggles in TC4, and gotten to the Ritual of Binding in BM, which requires a T3 altar.
