What type? Bukkit?

Im gonna try out MC 1.6.2 with some updated mods. And dont know wich type of minecraft i need to use.
Is it bukkit or vanilla.

You can't use the FTB Launcher because it does not support 1.6 yet. You can do it with the vanilla launcher though. If you want to check a tutorial on how to setup multiple instances then direwolf20 has a video here.
