What tools use haste books?

I believe only thaumcraft pants and boots can use those

So, the robes and then if there's some plate armor, that too. (Which I vaguely remember, but definitely haven't researched yet personally)

Be careful when using books on TC items. I have found that there are some enchants that generate an "Arithmetic" error and a crash to desktop when added. I think I tried to add a fortune enchant to a pick when it happened to me.

I have Haste II/Protection V/Feather Falling IV on boots of the traveler. They are awesome and I little annoying. Great for moving around but not the best when you are building structures. You move way to fast when trying to place blocks. But I wont be giving them up until I make end game armor.

haste on quantum boots or legs is way too OP, you can move so fast you can glitch into blocks, if this happens & you are taking damage like spawning in a wall or from falling sand, hit S twice or you man die

then you haven't used MPS pants at max speed and jump... 150 blocks every 2 secs.

Yep, so does Protection. I think the speed is a little bit faster than normal walking. Unfortunately, I've gotten used to it and I'm unable to appreciate it
