What to do with Wood/Crops/Saplings ?

hey guys,
after i did set up my first golem farms i have about 5 diamond chests full of crops like wheat nether warts seeds and melons...
also is my diamond chest at my steve treefarm full with saplings and loooooots of wood.

can anyone suggest me a few ideas what can i do with them?
i think biomass with the saplings would be nice, does anyone have a fancy setup for this? maybe including biofuel maker?

Don't go biomass. Go straight biofuel with the bioreactor from MFR. It can take up to 9 different types of seed/sapling/crop and will produce 1440 mB of biofuel for one of each item. In 1.4.7 it produces at 1 bucket every 5 seconds; in 1.5+ it produces 1 bucket every 50 but forestry also not longer has biofuel in 1.5+

Just in case OT isn't on Ultimate (like me) (and its kind of implied since hes using SC tree farms), then good ol fashioned biomass -> biofuel. Moistener crashes your game on some computers (and I'm a victim). So I'm using a Sorting Machine on 8 Wheat -> dirt, 4 wheat (+ dirt) -> compost. Saplings -> biomass. 1 fermenter 3 stills. I run 4 combustion engines on biofuel produced to power the system. Surplus fuel goes to mah boilah.

if you just want to get rid of them and have a power source already, just set up a wooden pipe to a chest, put an autarchic gate or redstone engine on it (if using autarchic set "items in inventory, energy pulse") and either recycle them for scrap and put them to a mass fabricator or a small lava source and a cobble pipe to drop them in

Then you're running an old version of ultimate. If you don't wish to update then your only option is fermenter/still(refinery)
