I'm trying to narrow down a bug to a specific mod. Basically, almost all Chisel items, all Gregtech ores, AE skystone (not the chests), GrowthCraft bamboo, and some other blocks all show up in NEI as a facade:

When placed ingame, some items don't render and the blocks are essentially XRays:

Because it persists over a multitude of mods, I cannot find the culprit all that easily, and was wondering if this was a known bug or not. My modlist (straight from an NEI integration DataDump):

Based on your mod list, Smart Render 2 or 3D blocks mod sounds like a potential culprit.

My thinking as well. Something is messing with the rendering code, badly. Thanks for the list, I'll take a look.

It's Blocks3D. I'm not sure whether to submit it to the author as he discontinued the mod (1.8 renders his obsolete with the new Resource pack modeling system)...
