Request What SpigotMC plugins i should install?

What is the "Best plugins" for spigotMC server (FTB Beyond),im trying to find AutoRestart,ClearLagg and something will help my own server to prevent the lagg's ?,all answers is apreciated Thank you very much! :=) Peace.

FTB Beyond is a 1.10.2 pack, to my knowledge there is no way to run bukkit/spigot plugins on a forge server for that MC version. However you should be able to use Sponge and Sponge plugins for that. https://www.spongepowered.org/
